Scriptlance - customer service what a joke
November 23rd, 2007 by GregIf you have ever used Scriptlance you may have noticed how slow the staff are to do anything, you withdraw your funds it takes them upto a week before they process it.
A few weeks ago I opened a project on SL and picked a programmer to do the work, I added the funds to my webmaster Scriptlancer account so that I can pay him via scriptlance. As it happens he failed to complete to project so I cancelled it and submit a withdraw request to withdraw the $490 that I had added to my account. Read the rest of this entry »
