each time I use Internet explorer

I find another reason to hate the bloody thing.

I have a javascript on Dropaholics.com which is reading information via an rss feed and outputting it to the browser.

I have verified that the feed is correct, the javascript works perfectly in Firefox, but in Internet Explorer it just messes everything up. Maybe one day someone will tell Microsoft that they do not set the Standards and they should ensure their browser meets the standards used by everyone else.

Yep, to put it bluntly, IE blows! I don’t understand why people continue to use it.

I stopped using IE ages ago, I’ve never used anything else since I got FireFox.

I agree totally. IE is the bane of the Internet. I understand 8 should be more standards compliant. Maybe that will improve things. The problem is that while people still have IE 7 and prior we’ll always have these problems. Hmm, this topic would probably make a good Apple advertisement if they could figure out how to fit it into 30 seconds.

You would think they would get a clue! So many people have given up on IE. I’m not even sure I understand why people continue to put up with all the bugs in it. I too gave up on IE a very long time ago and hate it if I ever have to use it. I even hate that I have to check that my blogs load properly in IE. Argh!

Oh my… IE, how I’ve forgotten it’s ways. I use it only when I’m making sure a project will work in it.

I had the same problem with IE so I also have stopped using them and now only use Firefox.
